Amildam’s is the online brand and ordering portal operated by Ruby Foods. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality sweets and snacks with care and professionalism. Please read the following policy regarding order cancellations, refunds, and replacements.

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is confirmed on www.amildams.com, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
  • Multiple orders cannot be combined for shipping or delivery purposes.
  • All orders will be processed and dispatched strictly as per the invoice and order details submitted at checkout.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If the order is lost or damaged during transit.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Any payment gateway processing charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Replacements

Replacements may be offered in the following situations:

  1. Damaged Product on Delivery
    • If the delivered item is damaged, please send clear photos and a short video of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivered
    • If the product delivered does not match the item ordered.
