Shipping & Delivery Policy

Amildam’s is the online portal and consumer-facing brand name of Ruby Foods. All logistics, shipping, and delivery operations are managed by Ruby Foods in accordance with the following policy.

Shipping Policy
At Amildam’s (operated by Ruby Foods), we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time within our serviceable area.

Delivery Area

• We currently deliver only within Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• Orders placed for delivery outside Chennai will not be processed or fulfilled.

Delivery Time

• In-Stock Products: Processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days.
• Custom Orders: Delivery within 7 working days depending on product type.
• Timelines may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

General Shipping Rules

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• Orders placed on Saturday post 6:00 PM will be processed on Monday or the next working day.
• No deliveries on Sundays or government holidays due to product perishability.
• During festive seasons, deliveries may be delayed due to stock limitations or shipment volume.
• Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. Delays due to incorrect addresses are not the liability of Ruby Foods.

Shipping Charges

• Charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location within Chennai.
• Final shipping charges will be shown at the checkout page before payment.

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, the order tracking details will be sent via SMS or email from our third-party delivery partner.

Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it will be returned to our facility.
• Re-delivery charges will apply in such cases.

Natural Calamities & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Ruby Foods is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies.
• However, we will keep you updated and aim for the earliest possible delivery.

Title and Risk

• Once a product is delivered, ownership and risk pass to the customer/recipient.
